Create a Custom Product Group by selecting 3+ products.
As an alternative to Gartner-defined markets, create a Custom Product Group composed of at least three supported products to serve as the basis for the methodology. The tool will display the Gartner-defined capabilities most common to the majority of the products selected by the user.

In addition to the current Buyer Needs insights, the tool allows product managers to view historical and forecasted importance and buyer satisfaction scoring of product capabilities. Product capability importance and satisfaction scores projected forward in time are derived from each capability's own historically observed behaviors and patterns.
