    Benchmark with Gartner is a monthly live polling event focused on the latest breaking insights in the labor market today. Dion Love, Gartner Vice President of Research and Advisory services shares the latest findings from Gartner’s continuous labor market sensing – a capability derived from Gartner’s extensive executive network, advanced analytics, and expert perspective – that identifies the critical market conditions, emerging issues, and trending topics facing organizations today. Attendees participate in live polling to understand – in the moment – their peers’ current experience of labor market conditions, their assessment of emerging talent issues, and their response to trending topics. They hear from invited guests, including Gartner advisors and analysts, and industry and functional leaders, who help contextualize current findings.
